Open call for artists…

Artists wanted for new exhibition!

We are currently seeking two artists with an interest in creating contemporary costumes that reflect their lived experiences of #Gloucester and her communities as part of our upcoming exhibition 'Buttons, Badges & Blazers', an Arts Council England funded project!

These commissions will be a key contemporary addition to the Costume collection and in the exhibition, encouraging the public to consider how textile can be used to represent a place or person!

The exhibition is due to launch at the museum on 21 October and running until end of January 2023.
