Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference? Join Gloucester City Council’s Cultural Services Team as a Level 3 Visitor Experience Apprentice!

You’ll play a key role in ensuring every visitor to the Museum of Gloucester and Gloucester Guildhall has an unforgettable experience. At the Museum, you’ll be the welcoming face greeting visitors, sharing stories about the collections, and keeping everything—from the shop to the café—looking its best. At the Guildhall, you’ll dive into the buzz of our events, helping with set-ups, supporting cinema screenings, and assisting with the box office and café/bar.
