The instore gift shop features carefully considered gifts from local Gloucestershire makers, sustainably conscious souvenirs, curated exhibition gifts and educational books to capture your imagination into our local history and beyond. Heading in to the gift shop you will also discover Reggie peering around the corner, our resident raptor. He is a friendly face and is always up for a ‘rawrsome’ photo moment!

The perfect beginning, middle or end to your visit is a stop at the museum café. Sit down and enjoy a delicious coffee and a sweet treat, or a refreshing smoothie and an ice cream. We have something for everyone; with vegan, dairy free and gluten free options available too.

Refund Policy

If you require a refund or exchange for a product, you must provide proof of purchase and card used for payment. All refunds and exchanges must be completed in person at the Museum reception. If card has been used it will take 3 - 5 days for money to be returned to your bank account.

Please note that Billy Chip tokens are non refundable.
